Excellent performance at the Case Study Solving Competition in Memory of János Susánszky

October 02, 2016

The Case Study Solving Competition in memory of János Susánszky  took place on September 29-30, 2016 at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc. Balázs Bozsolik, Dalma Dunai, Éva Németh, and Anna Pálinger, bachelor and master students, were the members of the team representing our University and our Department, and they took second place.

Unconventionally, the case study was about a non-profit firm; the teams had to develop a performance measurement system for a public utility company. They were given time for this on the first day between 2 pm and midnight; while on the second day, they had to present their solution to complement their executive summary and answer the questions of the expert jury.

We full-heartedly congratulate them on their accomplishment as well as thank them for representing our Department at such a high level.
